Intellectual Property Policy
This Intellectual Property Policy explains the ownership and permitted use of CNCTASPHR’s platform technology, branding, content, features, and user-submitted content. This Policy applies to https://www.cnctasphr.com and all related services, tools, pages, and features operated by CNCTASPHR.
This Policy should be read together with CNCTASPHR’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, DMCA Policy, and Community Standards.

1. CNCTASPHR Platform Property
Except for user-generated content and third-party materials, all elements of the CNCTASPHR Platform are owned by CNCTASPHR or its licensors.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Source code, software, scripts, and technical systems;
- Database structure, platform architecture, and workflows;
- Design elements, layout, interface, and user experience;
- Platform features, tools, and original functionality;
- Logos, branding, names, slogans, visual identity, and trade dress;
- Graphics, icons, text, page structure, and original written materials;
- Administrative tools, moderation workflows, and platform management systems;
- Original concepts, organization, selection, arrangement, and presentation of Platform materials.
These materials are protected under applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Limited License to Use the Platform
CNCTASPHR grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for lawful personal, professional, creative, community, or business-related purposes in accordance with the Terms of Service and other Platform policies.
This license does not transfer ownership of CNCTASPHR’s technology, branding, design, source code, systems, or intellectual property rights.
3. Prohibited Uses of CNCTASPHR Property
Unless CNCTASPHR provides prior written permission, users and third parties may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Platform;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code or underlying systems;
- Scrape, harvest, mirror, index, or republish Platform content or data without authorization;
- Use CNCTASPHR branding, logos, names, or marks in a misleading or unauthorized manner;
- Create a competing product or service using CNCTASPHR’s design, structure, workflows, features, or proprietary systems;
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices from Platform materials;
- Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or data extraction methods to copy or exploit Platform materials.
4. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of the content they create, upload, publish, transmit, message, store, or share through CNCTASPHR, including posts, stories, images, videos, music, audio recordings, podcast clips, voice recordings, files, profile information, group content, comments, captions, and other materials submitted by users.
By submitting content to CNCTASPHR, users grant CNCTASPHR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, adapt, and format that content solely for purposes of operating, providing, securing, improving, and displaying the Platform and its features.
This license does not give CNCTASPHR ownership of user-generated content. It allows CNCTASPHR to make user content available according to account settings, group settings, privacy settings, and normal Platform operation.
5. User Responsibility for Rights
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or legal authority to upload, publish, transmit, or share content through CNCTASPHR.
Users may not upload or share content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property or legal rights.
Uploading music, audio, videos, images, files, written content, or other materials to CNCTASPHR does not mean CNCTASPHR has verified ownership, cleared rights, licensed the work, or approved the content for commercial use.
6. Third-Party Rights and Materials
Any third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, videos, embedded content, or other materials displayed or linked through the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
CNCTASPHR’s display or support of third-party content does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
7. Copyright Complaints
Copyright complaints, takedown requests, and counter-notifications are handled under CNCTASPHR’s DMCA Policy.
If you believe content on CNCTASPHR infringes your copyright, please review the DMCA Policy and submit the required information to: support@cnctasphr.com
8. Trademark and Brand Concerns
If you believe a user is misusing a trademark, brand name, business name, logo, or other protected mark on CNCTASPHR, you may contact support@cnctasphr.com with details sufficient to identify the mark, the allegedly infringing use, and your rights or authority to act.
CNCTASPHR may review trademark or brand complaints and take action where appropriate under applicable law and Platform policies.
9. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted in this Policy, the Terms of Service, or another written agreement are reserved by CNCTASPHR.
Nothing in this Policy waives CNCTASPHR’s rights, remedies, ownership claims, defenses, or ability to enforce its intellectual property rights.
10. Updates to This Policy
CNCTASPHR may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
