1. Platform Status
CNCTASPHR is a user-driven social community platform built for connection, communication, publishing, creativity, groups, media sharing, and community interaction.
Users are solely responsible for content they create, upload, publish, transmit, message, store, share, or otherwise make available through the Platform (“User Content”).
User Content may include profile information, posts, stories, comments, images, videos, music, audio recordings, podcast clips, voice recordings, files, group content, messages, captions, links, and other materials.
CNCTASPHR does not guarantee pre-screening of User Content. However, CNCTASPHR reserves the right to monitor, review, remove, restrict, disable access to, or take action against content, accounts, groups, messages, uploads, or activity when we believe such action is necessary or appropriate.
Users must complete the required profile setup steps before engaging with certain community features. The one-time payment of the account setup fee does not guarantee continued access to CNCTASPHR and does not exempt any user from these Community Standards. Accounts may still be restricted, suspended, or terminated for violations of Platform rules, safety requirements, legal obligations, or misuse of the Platform. This requirement helps ensure that accounts are created for genuine participation and assists CNCTASPHR in reducing spam, impersonation, automated misuse, disruptive behavior, and potentially malicious activity.
Nothing in this Policy obligates CNCTASPHR to monitor all content, investigate every report, or take a particular action in response to any specific report.
