Community Standards
This Content Moderation & Community Standards Policy (“Policy”) governs user conduct and content on CNCTASPHR (“CNCTASPHR,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to all users of https://www.cnctasphr.com and related services (the “Platform”).
This Policy supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and DMCA Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control.

1. Platform Status
CNCTASPHR is a user-driven social community platform.
Users are solely responsible for content they create, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available (“User Content”).
CNCTASPHR does not guarantee pre-screening of User Content but reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor, review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts at any time.
Nothing in this Policy obligates CNCTASPHR to monitor content.
2. Age Restriction Enforcement
The Platform is strictly limited to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
If CNCTASPHR determines that a user is under 21:
- The account will be immediately terminated;
- Associated data will be deleted from active systems;
- Repeated circumvention attempts may result in permanent device or IP restrictions.
3. Prohibited Content
The following categories of content are prohibited:
A. Illegal Content
Content that:
- Violates federal, state, or local law;
- Promotes or facilitates criminal conduct;
- Involves fraud, identity theft, or deception;
- Contains or distributes controlled substances unlawfully.
B. Sexual Exploitation and Minor Safety
Content that:
- Depicts or exploits minors in any sexualized manner;
- Promotes grooming or solicitation of minors;
- Involves trafficking or coercion.
Any suspected child exploitation will be reported to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
C. Harassment and Abuse
Content that:
- Threatens violence;
- Encourages self-harm;
- Harasses, stalks, or intimidates;
- Doxxes private personal information;
- Promotes targeted abuse.
D. Hate Speech and Extremism
Content that:
- Promotes violence against protected groups;
- Encourages terrorism or extremist activity;
- Advocates genocide or organized hatred.
Protected characteristics include race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
E. Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Such matters are handled under the CNCTASPHR DMCA Policy.
F. Malicious or Disruptive Content
Content that:
- Contains malware or malicious code;
- Attempts to compromise security;
- Disrupts platform functionality;
- Uses automated scraping or bots.
G. Fraudulent or Misleading Content
Content that:
- Impersonates individuals or entities;
- Falsely claims endorsement;
- Manipulates engagement metrics;
- Promotes scams or deceptive schemes.
H. Non-Consensual Intimate Content
Content that:
- Shares intimate images without consent;
- Threatens to release private material;
- Engages in extortion involving personal content.
Such material will be removed promptly upon discovery.
4. Community Advertising Standards
Businesses and users may promote products or services within the Platform only if:
- They maintain an active member account;
- Advertising complies with applicable law;
- Advertising is truthful and not deceptive.
CNCTASPHR does not permit:
- Off-platform tracking advertising;
- Data harvesting for marketing purposes;
- Misleading financial or investment promotions.
CNCTASPHR is not responsible for transactions between users.
5. Enforcement Actions
CNCTASPHR may, in its sole discretion:
- Remove content;
- Issue warnings;
- Temporarily suspend accounts;
- Permanently terminate accounts;
- Restrict IP access;
- Refer matters to law enforcement.
Enforcement decisions are final.
Repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
6. Reporting Violations
Users may report violations by contacting:
support@cnctasphr.com
Reports should include:
- URL or description of content;
- Nature of violation;
- Supporting evidence if available.
False or abusive reporting may result in enforcement action.
7. Appeals Process
If content is removed or an account is restricted, users may submit a written appeal to:
support@cnctasphr.com
Appeals must include:
- Account username;
- Description of the action taken;
- Basis for appeal.
CNCTASPHR may uphold, modify, or reverse enforcement decisions at its sole discretion.
No guarantee of reinstatement is provided.
8. Section 230 Statement
Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. §230:
CNCTASPHR is not treated as the publisher or speaker of information provided by users.
CNCTASPHR retains the right to remove content it considers objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected.
9. No Obligation to Monitor
CNCTASPHR is not obligated to:
- Pre-screen content;
- Monitor user communications;
- Investigate all reports.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.
10. Data Handling in Moderation
Content removed for policy violations may be retained temporarily for:
- Legal compliance;
- Law enforcement cooperation;
- Fraud prevention;
- Dispute resolution.
Retention complies with the Privacy Policy.
11. Policy Modifications
This Policy may be updated at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
