This privacy notice for CNCTASPHR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your information when you use our Services, such as when you visit or engage with us in other related ways (including sales, marketing, or events). In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express interest in our products, participate in activities, or contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. Depending on context and choices, this may include: names; email addresses; job titles; usernames; passwords; contact or authentication data; debit/credit card numbers.

Sensitive Information. When necessary and permitted by law (or with your consent), we may process: data about a person’s sex life or sexual orientation; information revealing race or ethnic origin; information revealing political opinions.

All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate; please notify us of changes.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information—such as IP address and/or device characteristics—is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

This may include device and usage information (IP address, browser, device/OS, language, referring URLs, country/location, usage timestamps, pages viewed, features used) for security, operations, analytics, and reporting. The information we collect includes

  • Log and Usage Data: Service, diagnostic, usage, and performance logs (e.g., IP, device, browser, timestamps, pages/files viewed, feature use, error reports).
  • Device Data: Device/application IDs, browser type, hardware model, ISP/mobile carrier, OS, configuration.
  • Location Data: Precise or imprecise location (e.g., via IP). You can refuse or disable location sharing, though some features may be limited.

2. How do we process your information?

In Short: To provide, improve, and administer our Services; communicate with you; ensure security and fraud prevention; comply with law; and with your consent for other purposes.

  • Facilitate account creation, authentication, and account management.
  • Deliver and improve the Services you request.
  • Respond to inquiries/support and resolve issues.
  • Send administrative information (product updates, terms/policy changes).
  • Fulfill and manage orders (payments, returns, exchanges).
  • Enable user-to-user communications (if you use those features).
  • Protect vital interests and prevent harm when necessary.

4. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

We may share information with service providers under written contracts to support our Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments) and as required to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests. 6. How long do we keep your information?

We retain information as long as necessary for the purposes in this notice or as required by law (e.g., tax, accounting). No purpose requires retention longer than the time a user maintains an account. When no ongoing business need exists, we delete or anonymize data; if deletion is not possible (e.g., backups), we securely store and isolate it until deletion is feasible.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information. However, no online system is 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk; please access the Services in a secure environment.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to individuals under 21 years of age.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. If we learn that personal information from a user under 21 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 9. What are your privacy rights?

In Short: In some regions (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object, obtain a copy (portability), and avoid automated decision-making. Contact us to exercise rights.

Withdrawing consent: If we process based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may remove content and delete your account by submitting a request. We may retain limited information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, assist investigations, enforce terms, and/or comply with legal requirements.

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track

There is no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice.

11. California residents (CCPA)

In Short: California residents have specific rights regarding personal information. We do not sell personal information and have not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Use & retention: We use/retain personal information as needed to provide Services; for categories A, B, C, G, and L, for as long as the user has an account with us.

Your CCPA rights include

  • Right to know/access what we collect, use, disclose, or share.
  • Right to delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
  • Right to limit use/disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.
  • Right to opt out of selling/sharing personal information (we do not sell or share).

Verification: We will verify requests (including via information you previously provided) to protect your data and may request additional information if needed. Authorized agent requests must include proof of authorization.

12. Virginia residents (CDPA)

In Short: Virginia residents may have rights over personal data (as defined by the CDPA). We do not sell personal data.

Rights: to be informed, access, correct inaccuracies (via profile editing), delete, obtain a copy of data previously shared with us, and opt out of processing (choosing “No” at registration will prevent use of the platform).

Exercising your rights: Email support@cnctasphr.com. We will respond without undue delay, and within 45 days; we may extend once by 45 days where reasonably necessary and will notify you. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing us; we will respond within 60 days with reasons. If denied, you may contact the Attorney General.

13. Do we make updates to this notice?

In Short: Yes. We may update this notice to stay compliant with laws and practices. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision. We may also provide additional notice for material changes.
